Crowdfunding is a fundraising tool that enables student organizations, researchers and various academic units to raise money to pursue meaningful projects that make an impact — culturally, socially and globally. Crowdfunding projects leverage university relationships with generous donors and friends to maximize that impact.
Yes. The University of New Orleans is a non-profit organization and all gifts are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Please consult your tax advisor for additional information pertaining to your personal tax situation.

The University of New Orleans is committed to providing accessible higher education and has consistently been recognized for placing the least debt burden on our students when compared to other universities in Louisiana. Additionally, by state law, colleges and universities in Louisiana cannot raise their tuition without the two-thirds vote of the State Legislature.
